- “Customer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing products from Whitelabl
- “White Label Products” refers to products manufactured by third parties and branded with the customer’s chosen brand.
3. Product Orders and Availability
- All product orders are subject to availability and acceptance by whitelabl.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that they provide accurate order details (e.g., quantity, delivery address, and brand specifications).
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in inr and exclude taxes, duties, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made in full before shipment of any orders.
- Any transaction fees associated with the payment method are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.
- We strive to deliver products within the timeframes indicated, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt if the product is unopened and in original packaging.
- Customized or white-label products may not be returned unless damaged or defective.
- If a product is defective, please initiate return for refund we do not replace or exchange.
- All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
7. White Label Product Use
- The customer may only use the white-label products for their intended purposes.
- The customer agrees to ensure that their branding (labels, trademarks, etc.) complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- whitelabl does not assume responsibility for any issues arising from the customer’s brand or packaging.
8. Intellectual Property
- whitelabl retains all intellectual property rights related to its products, website, and brand.
- The customer may not use whitelabl’s trademarks, logos, or any other intellectual property without express written permission.
- The customer agrees to indemnify whitelabl for any legal issues arising from unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law,whitelabl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
10. Privacy Policy

4. Return/Refund:
Product can be returned within 10 days,and if refund is accepted it will be credited within 10-15 days to the original source of payment method.
There is no replacement/exchange we are accepting only return is applicable.
